10 yrs boy, 6 wks old injury. Does it need any intervention? Parents ask for surgery.

Felipe Maturana It will fix and remodel. Discrepancy Would be compensated with over growing. For Surgery you will need a open osteotomy and tens or plate. I Would Rather use pelvi-pedius cast for 1 more month and Then control x-ray.

Basem Abdel Haleem this overlap more accepted than anatomical reduction at this age.this limb will be over growth more than the other and compensate this overlap.if u reduce it anatomical in the future this limbe will be longer than the other.reasurence and follow up.

Rotation will not get corrected by any means. -
