Abstract

The authors introduce the application of a low-profile hybrid fixation technique for pediatric anterior cruciate ligament graft fixation into the tibia using both an interference screw and knotless anchors. This technique allows for physeal avoidance while maintaining fixation strength. [Orthopedics. 2014; 37(5):325–328.]
